Thank you kindly for your response and input to help improve the Direcimal system.

That is a very good input, I am actually working on how to improve the characters, however, differing characters will make it harder for adoption or for people to be able to compare the two systems.

I actually have several additions to this that I left out of this article for the simplicity comparison. I will in the future write a more detailed article encompassing everything and everyones great feedback such as this.

Do you have any design suggestions for me? I was thinking of trying to create numerals that are symmetrical, maybe broken up into quarters, for example, each quarter would have some aspect of the following four symbols: < / \ >
